Apply Magnetic Top onto finished nails in place of a regular top coat. Do not cure. Hold the magnet over the nail surface (3 mm from the nail) for about 3 - 10 seconds and create the cat's eye design. Cure in an LED (24/48W) lamp for 30 seconds or in a UV lamp for 3 minutes. * This step can be repeated 2 - 3 times to create the desired cat's eye design.
