TERMS OF DELIVERY

🚛 Delivery throughout Latvia, Europe, the world (DPD)
🚛 Packages are not delivered to Lithuania and Estonia (please contact our official representative in each country)

✅ For orders over 45 EUR, delivery on the territory of Latvia to DPD parcel lockers is 1.41 EUR
✅ For orders over 45 EUR, delivery in the territory of Latvia by courier to your specified address is 4.50 EUR
✅ For orders under 45 EUR, delivery in the territory of Latvia to DPD parcel lockers is 2.34 EUR
✅ For orders below 45 EUR, delivery in the territory of Latvia by courier to your specified address is 5.50 EUR

NAILS cosmetics online store offers to make the purchase as easy, fast and simple as possible. Order the product and we will deliver it to you within 1-4 working days within the borders of the Republic of Latvia, if this product is available in our warehouse.

A purchase receipt/cheque/invoice will be emailed.

Purchased goods can be received in our NAILS cosmetics store, or you can choose home delivery.

PICK UP IN STORE

Receiving orders in the online store at the NAILS cosmetics store is free of charge. To receive the order in the store, you need to choose the delivery method "Receive the product in the store", then choose which of our stores you want to receive your product.

To receive your order, you need:

• present the order number;
• present an identity document (passport or ID card);
• present a valid vaccination or illness certificate.

When will the item be received?

After completing the order, you can receive your product in the store - within 1 - 3 working days (when the order is ready for delivery, you will be contacted by phone).

HOME DELIVERY

When choosing delivery by courier, please enter the delivery address. Please indicate the address where you will be at the time of delivery - it can also be your workplace if you have the opportunity to receive your order there.
If, after contacting the courier, you change the delivery address or the delivery day - the delivery cost is doubled (the delivery of the package is suspended until the new delivery invoice is paid).

Orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days after placing the order and when payment is made to the bank account.
